Muln is the name of space external to Vaneakeu, accessible through the Soen Abyss. Existing in Muln would mean being in the center of all things and all directions not dissimilar to the Crux. Perceived movement is a zoom through an infinite starfield of possible Vanea iterations. In order to leave Muln, one would need to render themselves as an immortal in order to converge between a chosen Vanea iteration. It takes an eternity for this to happen in those uninitiated.

Muln's existence is key for Tilonists to express control, law, and form. To keep this maintained throughout all of Vanea's iterations, a "safeguard" made from "fragments" of Muln is in place. These are the Domestic, which appear after a certain point where Vaneakeu has experienced enough significant alterations in its three verses.
